Birth Signs of Arden Vul

Arden Vul is the only area left in Magae where The Twelve hold enough power for the blessings to be felt by all born under their respective constellations. All player characters roll a d12 and gain a blessing from the following table:

1	Anubis	Death, guidance	Once per day turn undead as cleric of level 1+¼ of your level, rounded down, or, if you can already turn undead, once per day you may roll 2d8 for turn undead checks.
2	Besa	Power, pain, pleasure	On a natural 20, deal x2 damage. Enemies deal x2 damage to you on a critical hit, if they do not already.
3	Horus	Sky, sun, righteousness	Nothing, Horus is a dead god.
4	Isis	Fidelity, motherhood, magic	Incoming magical healing is increased by 150%.
5	Jael	Moon, secrecy, vengeance	+1 on checks to find secret doors.
6	Osiris	Death, justice, punishment	On death, pass 10% of current XP to your newly made character.
7	Ptah	Creation, craftsmanship	You have a 2 in 6 chance of deciphering an unknown piece of writing.
8	Seker	Rebirth, creation	Heal an additional hit point for each day of rest.
9	Set	Power, knowledge, domination	Deal an additional 2 damage on hit to an enemy that has hurt you in this same fight.
10	Thoth	Knowledge, secrets, magic	Upon finding a new scroll, there is a 1 in 6 chance to be able to cast it, regardless of class or level, or, if you can normally cast from the scroll, a 1 in 6 chance upon casting it that the scroll is saved.
11	Tiamat	Wealth, conquest, dragons	You can carry 50% more coins (i.e. 150 in a slot, 300 in a small sack, etc.).
12	Wadjet	Protection, snakes	You may ignore a failed saving throw against poison a single time, and then this blessing fades.

GM Notes: This rule has proved decently popular over the past few months, even if they haven't had a massive impact. But Wadjet did save one PC life! Unfortunately, he later perished in a tragic encounter with a horrible slime monster.
